ProGraph specific features:
- Rotation of the system X-ray tube-camera allows taking shots at any angle.
- Radiolucent table allows lying patients to be examined.
- The function of automatics for organs helps the doctor choose required characteristics of survey.
- High frequency generator is connected to a 220 V ± 10% three-phase electric system with resistance to 1 Ohm.
- Radiologist and assistant workbenches. The device is equipped with laser office printer for periodical report printing. Images and database are archived on cartridge DVD-RAM. Disk capacity is about 1000 images for ProGraph-7000. For present time it is one of the most reliable ways of information keeping, certified specially for medical diagnostic images keeping. The radiologist workbench in ProGraph-7000 is equipped with a professional graphic monitor 17" (430 mm) for working with database and image description. In ProGraph-7000 the picture is placed on two medical monochrome monitors of 20" (530 mm) each. Assistant workbench is equipped with professional graphic monitor 20" (510 mm). This monitor helps to fill up the database, to operate the x-ray unit, to control image quality. The radiologist workbench in ProGraph-7000 is equipped with a medical film-station SONY-UP-DF500, which provides 4096 gray-shades and high spatial resolution (5060 × 4224 points) printing on blue film of four sizes: 354 × 430 mm (14" x 17"), 279 × 354 mm (11" x 14"), 253 × 304 mm (10" x 12") and 202 × 253 mm (8" x 10"). Besides, it is possible to connect to the station any device of the medical institution, which has integrated possibilities of DICOM print.
- ProGraph software meets the requirements of the DICOM 3.0 international protocol, which contains the latest changes of the standard of 2004 (with picture image compression JPEG2000) and possibilities of printing on DICOM-printers. That permits, when necessary, to integrate it into any modern medical informational system. The program is being developed in close cooperation with radiologists, so it contains not only generally accepted formalized protocols, but also the necessary forms of periodical reports. The program possesses wide opportunities of processing the received images through special filters.
